Sports Program

The Camp Winston Sports Program involves each cabin of campers who are 7-13 years of age, attending approximately two sports activity rotations during their time at Camp Winston. Activities take place at Camp Winston’s Sports Barn, where activities are designed around the camper's goals and abilities to ensure that each sports rotation is fun and successful. Activities are often designed with teamwork in mind so that campers can learn to collaborate with one another and learn group skills. Sport activities include; floor hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, skateboarding, scootering, football, badminton, trampoline, etc.

Camp Winston’s Biking Program is designed to teach new bike riders the basics of bike riding in a supportive environment. Campers are given time to practice their new biking skills using a tried and tested method for helping campers build their confidence on a bicycle.
