Social Skills (14-17)

The Camp Winston Teen Social Skills Program centres around competencies in the workplace. This may include strategies for sustaining work, conflict resolution skills, how to converse or behave during a coffee break, and how one relates differently to superiors and colleagues. Our teens benefit strongly from acquiring self-advocacy skills, which they learn to present with clarity and grace.
