Golf 2019

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much to each and every sponsor, donor, and golfer for making our 2019 Charity Golf Classic such a tremendous success. With your help, we raised over $15,000. These funds will go directly to supporting more youth with neurobiological disorders to spend an incredible two weeks at summer camp!

We are already planning the 2020 event, so be sure to check back here for updates in the coming months. If you would like to get involved in absolutely any capacity, please send a message to mail@campwinston.com.

Eli, one of our campers, made an incredible speech about what the impact of Camp Winston has been for him.

“It's an experience tailored to neurodivergent kids... and opened my eyes to the concept that I wasn't defective; and that my deserving happiness wasn't contingent on me learning to perfectly pass as neurotypical (even if it would help make my life easier).”

Rachelle Parker

Chair of the Parents of Camp Winston Volunteer Committee

“When we heard earlier this year that Mason got into Camp Winston our House jumped for joy.

We had heard from a dear friend once we received a diagnosis of autism that the first thing we needed to do was put our son on the Camp Winston wait list – so we did. Not fully understanding at the time that we were waiting to essentially win the camp lottery! Camp Winston is unbiased and compassionate. Everything they do to treat individuals with respect inspires us. Scott and I are fierce advocates in the autism community and wanted to make a difference for kids less fortune then Mason. It was not a difficult decision - we offered to help host the Camp Winston Golf Charity to help other families have a chance to get their children into camp.”

The Camp Winston Charity Classic is put on by a group of dedicated parent volunteers with the support of our Board of Directors represented by Andrew Slivinsky of RBC, Mackay Wealth Management and Andrew Schipper of Goodman’s LLP. If you would be interested in joining this committee to help source players, prizes and sponsorship, please be in touch with us at mail@campwinston.com and we will connect you to our volunteers.
