Session #3

  • Camp Winston 1147 Riverlane Pvt. Kilworthy, ON, P0E 1G0 Canada (map)

During Session #3 Autism Camp and Girls Camp run concurrently.

Girls’ Camp services children whose neurobiological disorders (ADHD, Tourette’s Disorder, learning disabilities, anxiety disorders, high verbal campers with ASD…) affect their social and/or recreational skills.  Each session lasts thirteen days. Our girls (ages 7-13) participate in normative camp activities in small groups (approximately 4 campers per cabin).  Activities include art, swimming, sports, drama, canoeing, nature, boating, high-ropes, and music.  In addition, each summer the girls put on a play which includes creation of sets, singing, dancing and much social problem solving.

Autism Camp are for children from ages 7 to 17 on the Autism Spectrum who require substantial support. Many of these campers require one on one support for eating, showering, toileting and other aspects of self-care.
