Kenneth Karp, QC – Chairman
Ken is an associate partner at Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP, formerly a founding partner of Goodmans LLP. Ken has been involved with all aspects of real estate for over 40 years. Ken has over the years been involved with other charities and is currently the treasurer of his Condo Corporation.

Norman Schipper, QC – Vice Chairman
Norman is a retired partner of Goodmans LLP where he retains his office to enable him to carry on as a director of several corporations. Norm sits on several charitable boards including the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Ontario Region as well as serving as a Co-Chair of the Research Advisory Committee of Baycrest.

Paula Dodick - Secretary
Paula has worked in the area of Special Education for a number of years and specializes in behavior exceptionalities. She is currently a Principal with the Toronto District School Board.

Jay Feldman
Jay is a partner at the Toronto law firm Goodmans LLP, with a corporate commercial practice that focuses on banking and finance, private equity and hotel-related transactions.  Jay lives in Toronto with his wife and their three children.  Jay is a principal at a property ownership and development company and sits on the Board of the Greenrock Property Co-ownership.  Jays is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of United Synagogue Day Schools.

Steven Green
Steven is the President and Founder of PollStream Inc. a leading
provider of social media software to Fortune 1000 companies.  Steven's
training as a Social Worker and his experience managing camp programs for
Project CANOE and Youthdale make him a great addition to the Camp Winston
board.  Steven lives in Toronto with his wife, their two children and many
pets.

 Susan Roher
Susan is the retired Director of Social Work at Baycrest Centre for Geriatrics in Toronto, Ontario. She has contributed her skills and talents by sitting on the Board of Directors for a variety of charitable organizations. Camp was named in the memory of Susan’s son Winston, whose enthusiasm for camp and life in general continues to be an inspiration to us all.

Jennifer Schipper
Jennifer is a Senior Vice President at Environics Communications specializing in medicine and health. Prior to joining Environics she was the Director of Public Relations for Baycrest Centre. Jennifer is active as a Board and committee member in a number of charitable organizations supporting health and culture.

Ken Shyminsky
Ken is a Vice Principal in the Halton District School Board. He has been a Special Education teacher and has more than 25 years of experience helping children with special needs. Ken has been a contributing writer/editor for the publication, “Understanding Tourette Syndrome: A Handbook for Educators” and has been responsible for the creation of a number of innovative programs supported by the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada.

Hartley Steinberg
Hartley is one of the founding directors of the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada. Hartley actively sits on a variety of charitable boards and operates numerous investment and construction companies.

Jack Toker
A native Torontonion, Jack began a life-long career in 1955 with Dominion Life Assurance Co. (subsequently acquired by Manulife Financial) as an Insurance Advisor. As a Chartered Life Underwriter partnered with Sidney & Martin Roth of Roth Toker Ltd., he qualified as a Life Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable.

Oliver Sacks, M.D. – Honorary Director
As a physician and writer, Dr. Sacks is concerned with the ways in which individuals survive and adapt to different neurological disorders and conditions, and what this experience can tell us about the human mind and spirit. His books exploring these themes are bestsellers around the world and are used widely in university coursework on neuroscience, writing, ethics, philosophy and sociology.
