Andy McMullanAndy is an Operations Manager at the Pine Bay Foundation, a small charity that operates Camp Winston’s summer program for children with complex neurological disorders.  He worked as a camp counselor before taking a full-time position as part of the administrative staff.  Andy was then promoted to Assistant Director, a position he has held for the last two years.

Andy is a certified Crisis Prevention Institute trainer in the field of Non-Violent Physical Crisis Intervention and provides training to Camp Winston staff on an annual basis.  He has served on the Ontario Camps Association’s Special Needs Resource Committee as the Vice-Chair and has been a guest speaker at Western University.

Andy’s experiences working with children at Camp Winston, The Geneva Centre for Autism, Kerry’s Place Autism Services, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and Kidswork led to the creation of a small business called Good Game.  Through directed interaction playing popular board games, young adults with Asperger Syndrome, OCD and Anxiety Disorder have the opportunity to develop social skills and build friendships while participating in a fun and challenging activity.
